Excellent product
I am very pleased with this product. It is faaarr better than Nature’s Bounty. My nails have stopped breaking off into the quick, and my hair has stopped falling out, which is what was happening with the other product. Unfortunately, I don’t see any changes in my skin, and yes, there is an odd smell initially, but that has gone away over time. The payoff is so worth it!

Gross aftertaste
I’ve been taking these for around three months, and I feel like I have noticed some hair growth and nail growth. My nails are still not as strong as I’d like, but that’s something I’ve always struggled with. So far, I like these supplements, however you do have to take three capsules to get the full required dose, And they do always leave an aftertaste, which is something that has irritated me.
