How does the tumbler track my water intake?
When you drink out of the tumbler, the sensor puck in the base of the bottle measures how much you drank and transfers this data to the free HidrateSpark App, so it can track your progress.
How do I care for my tumbler?
Lid & straw are top-rack dishwasher safe. Tumbler is hand-wash only. Sensor puck should not be submerged in water and should be removed before cleaning. If you need to clean the sensor puck, wipe with a damp cloth only.
How often will I need to charge the tumbler?
The HidrateSpark PRO holds a charge for 10-14 days with regular, everyday use.
How long will it hold temperature?
The HidrateSpark PRO is vacuum insulated to keep water cold for 24 hours or hot drinks warm for 4 hours.
Can I use my tumbler on the go?
The HidrateSpark PRO will sync with your phone by bluetooth wherever you are. The tumbler is designed to fit in most cup holders.

It’s a WIN for me!!!
This cup has made a HUGE difference in my daily water intake. I tried the free month trial to see if I really needed it and I don’t. But everyone is different and some might like to have all the bells and whistles. The app itself is free and comes with the general info. I am already on a 14 day streak of drinking at least 80 ounces of water a day! I feel much better, my skin feels great and best of all, I haven’t had any migraines yet. That’s a huge win in my book! This cup keeps me on track and reminds me when the hour is up and it’s time to drink again! I love it!! I highly recommend for anyone that struggles to keep up with their daily water intake!

Took a minute to get used to, but now I love it.
It took me awhile to get used to setting the bottle down after filling it and before I took a drink. Also took awhile to get used to charging it, and recalibrating it on occasion. But, it has been worth it. I have had it for a year and a half now, and 560 days in a row I have met my hydration goal. I’ve seen a huge decrease in the number of and severity of my migraines, my skin isn’t as dry, I don’t feel awful after working out, and my sinus pain during the winter is pretty much gone.I remember I felt really silly buying a high tech gadget-y water bottle with an app just because I couldn’t remember to do the basic human function of drinking water, but you know what, I’m over that. This thing has solved a life long problem for me that had made so many other things in my life better.

Great cup, awful straw
Love this, except for the straw. It’s terrible and SO loud banging around the cup. Replaced it with a silicone straw from bkr and now I use this every morning.

Great idea, just doesn’t work
Imagine buying a luggage scale only to arrive at the airport and find out you have to pay extra because your bag is actually several pounds heavier. If I buy a product that’s supposed to measure, it needs to measure accurately, or as with this product even measure at all.I never tested its accuracy down to the ounce because it often failed to detect when it was filled or emptied. The documentation is non-existent, and you have to recalibrate it every time you remove the sensor puck, I happened to stumble across this fact in the FAQ on the website when I was trying to figure out what the glow patterns mean.The usability is poorly designed. Most devices show orange while charging, but this one flashes green intermittently. Each time you recalibrate, you have to inform the app which bottle you’re using. The app doesn’t display battery life or bottle fill status either. You don’t get notifications reminding you to calibrate when the puck is re-attached to the bottle.I could overlook some of these issues, but I can’t trust a product that inconsistently measures my intake. It’s supposed to flash a glow pattern when it works, but that rarely happens, because it did not detect that it needed to measure. You end up lifting and setting it down repeatedly hoping it would, just it doesn’t, but then several hours later it suddenly does detect a drink. It’s much easier to just write down your intake than to rely on this cup.

Fun reminder to drink that water!
If you are a busy person, you need this! I would frequently go all day without drinking anything but my morning coffee, only realizing it at dinner. This wasn’t healthy, and I tried several different things, but they would always end up being cast aside after a few days. This is cute, fun, and functional. It lasts a whole week on one charge.

Meh, disappointed.
It’s unrealistic to spend this much on a water bottle and then be asked to spend more money on the app to change its glow colors or app wallpaper paper. While the data is subpar and requires you to use the bottle very specifically to measure appropriately. The bottle wobbles and is a bit unstable. The battery doesn’t last long. Lastly it took me to calibrate the bottle 8 times before it allowed it to connect. I’m disappointed.

Good value for your money!
I love this tumbler cup from Hidrate Spark. It’s more than worth the money. It keeps your hot drinks for a very long time warm like 4 to 5 hours and your cold drinks 8 hours. It comes with a metallic straw and the tumbler is very solid but not that heavy. It works perfect with the app and thanks to Hidrate Sparks I reach my goals to drink enough water. From 500 ml a day to 1.5 l a day. Thanks Hidrate Spark I’m in love with your products!!

Big Difference
I, like everyone else, have been told how important it is to hydrate. I thought I was doing a good job until I bought this. Big difference when you completely hit your goals and this tumbler reminds you all throughout the day with flashing colors. Pairs with their app that in turn communicates with Apple Health.
