Okay ish quality
I feel like if you want to try an adaptive formula, this is the perfect place to start. Good quality, but could be better… not bad , but wouldn’t take it long term for myself. After trying it tho, and seeing how well it worked, I switched to another brand that is a little more expensive for better quality.

Vitamins.
I am reading this three stars as I may not have given them long enough time to work, but for me personally did not work to help with my anxiety. I had ordered these in hopes of these helping to level me out, but they did nothing for me. I did not notice a difference. They may help someone else as everyone’s body process things differently, but for me, they were a no go. I actually still have half of the bottle left and I won’t be finishing them. I do suggest always talking to your doctor before starting something new.

Works great and fast acting
Since my brain injury I haven’t been able to sit and enjoy just sitting watching tv. It has only been two days since I added this to my vitamin regimen and it has me relaxed and calm it works really fast too. Will definitely keep using this to manage my anxiety.
