Soft. Heats up fast. Great design. Love it. Highly recommend. Long cord a huge plus. 4 timer settings. The lowest is 30 minutes. I wish they had a 20 minute. Otherwise, this is the greatest thing and you can wrap it around anything. I wrapped it around my wrist. So soothing. Best part it’s machine washable. For a visual comparison it’s almost as long as a standard pillow.

Safety turns off on it’s own
The heating pad is soft to the touch and performs effectively. I prefer a lower time setting—starting at 20 minutes instead of 45 minutes. While I understand the item is designed for many users, the usual recommendation is 20 minutes on and 20-30 minutes off. It’s impossible for a company to satisfy everyone 100% of the time.

Great heating pad for convenient flexibility. We’ll made esthetically but this is my 4th one. After a few hours of use they tend to quit heating. This last one I bought seems to be holding it’s own so time will tell.

Worked for one hour use
This stopped working immediately. I had pains and bought this bc heat helps me. I used it for one hour in the morning. I brought it to work and plugged it in. It worked for ten mins then shut down and will not work on any outlet, attempted to unplug and plug back in and restart. It’s absolutely terrible.
