Thought it was too form at first, then I removed the insert. Now it’s perfect. Adjustable to your comfort level. Has helped alot. The warm/ cool pad is a nice addition also!

FSA approved!
Works for my chair at work. There are 2 problems with it. The strap buckles slide and won’t stay tightened. So, I had to use binder clips to keep the buckle from sliding. Also, every time I get up and sit back down the cushion slides down and I have to pull it up. Other than those 2 issues it serves it’s purpose.
