Excellent! If you Suffer from lack of sleep.. take this an hr before bed. I now sleep thru the night after YEARS!Plus the “male” benefits..😂👍More rest =more energy =more positive mood= more fun =less grouchy😂Honestly.. give it a try.Note: I know this sounds Crazy.. but I take it with a light cup of espresso before bed.. the second day on this my night sweats were completely gone, I felt like a nicer person too. improved my sleep, and my frizzy hair due to hormones wasn’t so frizzy anymore.I stopped taking for a week after the first week to see if it really made a difference. and by the 5th day my sweating was back, skin was so dry on my face again and the hot flashes by frizzy hair came back.these are amazing if you low on testosterone. it’s a pretty good dose as well.
