☆☆☆☆☆ After having received the Himalayan Salt light months ago, I finally left a review. And it was not great, but all-in-all, I was pleased with my purchase. I was just disappointed there were several very obvious and extremely visible internal cracks (veins). As none of the pictures display this or mention it, I assumed it was natural, and it came VERY WELL PACKAGED! But a day or two after my review, I am contacted by Amazon, letting me know the seller wanted to communicate with me. After a VERY kind and generous back and forth, they were eager to send a replacement. Now I was informed that these veins (cracks) are common and may be and likely would be present again, perhaps they wouldn’t be as obvious. Well, today, just a day or two after the communications, I received the replacement, and let me tell you. It IS, in fact, much better. There are two much smaller and less noticeable veins, and when lit, they are BARELY visible. I am dumbstruck. Companies no longer seem to care about customers. I recently had to BATTLE with a large electronics company to simply get what I had ordered. D’aplomb went above and beyond. If I could give the ten stars for seeking to make a customer happy and just being a rare gem in a sea of debris. Thank you. Thank you, thank you.

It’s WHITE
Yes, the color looks like white. It glows the same color orange as the common colored Himalayan Salt Rock. I only received it yesterday. I think I’m disappointed, but I’m not sure. Yes, it’s pretty. Oh, the prongs that hold the bulb holder in place do not open. The bulb, in mine anyway, is very precarious. I cannot lift the lamp to dust or the bulb and holder will fall out. It’s pretty.

I bought this lamp for the massage therapy room at my office. It is gorgeous! I absolutely love the dimmable light feature on it and the square shape. It is more modern and clean looking than traditional salt lamps. It feels and looks really substantial and gives a great ambiance to the room. Love it!
