I have been having hot flashes and night sweats, so I thought I would order Nouri Daily Menopause Probiotic with Resveratrol and try it.It has some great ingredients; I researched them before I ordered it. It has:Resveratrol – It helps with estrogen metabolism and may reduce menopause symptoms like hot flashes and night sweats. Also good for heart and brain health.Probiotics – It’s for gut health is tied to hormone regulation, digestion, mood, and even immunity. During menopause, hormone shifts can throw everything out of whack, so probiotics can help stabilize things.Botanical Extracts – To reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and help your body cope with stress and hormonal changes.I have been taking it for a little over a week; however, sometimes, I miss a day here and there. I’ve noticed a difference in my hot flashes. I felt like I was getting them all the time, and I still get them here and there, but not like I was. I’m going to keep taking it and try not to miss any days because that will help a lot.I would say this is definitely worth a try for you. I will update after I’ve taken them a little bit longer, but so far I would say GOOD.

Update. I’ve been using these for a month now and the hot flashes are gone. I see other reviewers who haven’t had the same results, but maybe it’s the body chemistry, idk. I know that for me, this product has truly helped.I started using this four days for help with hot flashes. They were driving me insane!!! After four days the hot flashes have indeed gone down. I went from 4-7 episodes throughout the day, and waking up 2-5 times a night soaked in sweat. The first night of taking this pill, I woke up once. Slightly, uncomfortably warm, but not sweating. As of today, my nights haven’t been disrupted by hot flashes and I’ve gotten one to two episodes a day, but they’re so mild I’m hardly noticing them. I went from losing my mind to almost normal. I’m going to have to keep these on hand at all times. They’ve truly been a game changer!

Does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help my hot flashes. I have taken a few others that have helped alot. This is a waste of money

I take these with another menopause supplement. Between the two, I feel better. It has a good smell and easy to swallow. Been taking for a month and my hot flashes have decreased a lot.
