Serious massage from a small, cordless machine–a lifesaver when you’re sore!
This Heycool neck massager is a serious machine! I carry most of my tension in my neck and shoulders, and I have used various massagers over the years.I started with a Wahl 4290-300 Deep Tissue Percussion Therapeutic massager back in 2014, and had some pretty good luck with it. But it was difficult to maneuver and to apply pressure on the back of my shoulders, due to it being a wand.In 2020 I purchased a Snailax Heating Pad for Neck and Shoulders–the kind with vibration included–and it offered some improvements (especially the heat). But it wasn’t aggressive enough.Also in 2020 I got a Snailax shiatsu neck roller massager. This one is football shaped and sits behind your shoulders as you lean back in a chair. That has been my most used massager ever and has gotten me out of some sticky spots (I get knots from time to time in my shoulders that can turn quite painful).When I saw this Heycool massager, I figured it was time to try one of this design. And I haven’t been disappointed! This massager is serious and means business. It has two stirrups for your hands/arms to pull down on, to increase the pressure of the massager on the neck/upper shoulders. And it has nodes of varying length that do the kneading work.My how this thing grinds into sore muscles! I have had a few other people try it and each time their eyes get big and they say, “Ohhhhh!” as it gets going. They are surprised by its power and the depth it can go to in the muscles. Within a few seconds they relax and say, “Ahhhhh.” It just feels so good!The battery lasts a long time–they say for an hour or more. I can only go for 1 or 2 sessions per day, so it lasts days between charges. The heat is great and adds to the relaxation of the muscles. And the various speed settings are helpful to find just the right intensity. It is a great value for such a reasonable price, especially considering it is cordless.If you’re looking for something to really loosen up your shoulders, give this one a shot!

Great for true hands free!
This thing feels great and I love that it provides a more kneading/pinch feel vs the shiatsu ones. It also provides decent pressure when strapped tight, with the ability to pull the handles for additional pressure. This is wonderful, so you can use it not only cordless but while actually doing other things! It is also fairly compact and the box it comes in has a handle and can be used for storage. You can also use it elsewhere on the body pretty easily, for example just placed and not strapped on lower back while in a desk chair. The heat is really nice!My one qualm is that if you have a smaller neck, I wish the top rollers especially were just a liiiiiiittle closer together. I can still move it side to side to really hit those spots one at a time, but it’s like juuuust not quite there when centered.

Great massage, impressive battery life.
This massager is a game changer! I work in IT, and spend hours sitting at a desk. This massager helps to relax my neck, shoulders, and upper back in ways I previously only experienced from a professional massage therapist. It sits comfortably in whatever position I choose, and does an amazing job of working tension and pain out of my tired muscles. The size works perfect for me, a larger man, but would easily work as well on a smaller frame. The design allows for flexibility in the position it is used in, while still keeping the controls easy to access. The unit is quiet enough to use while working, or even while on a conference call, without being a distraction. Charging is quick and easy with USB C, and the battery life is surprisingly long on a single charge. Overall, a great massager at a very reasonable price point.

It’s totally worth it!
Because I sit in front of the computer for long periods every day, my shoulders and neck are very sore. But after using this, the combination of heat and massage is so soothing. The massage intensity is also very flexible. After using it for a few days, I feel that my tense muscles have really relaxed a lot. I use it for a while before going to bed at night, and I feel much more comfortable the next day. I recommend buying it; it’s exactly as described!

We had bought this for my friend who tried out my shoulder massager and said “oh i want one but in more brighter color” we found this and gift this to him for the birthday. He loved it. EXCELLENT quality!
I don’t know why some Reviewers are saying that this product is of bad quality. Quite to the contrary. This is REALLY put together nicely. It was heavier than I expected (I mean that in a good way) and the material and stitching is really solid. It also does feel like human finger.

Ouch!
I thought this would be great for my fibromyalgia pain in my neck and shoulders which are very sensitive. But it is too rough. The intensity setting does not seem to have a slow relaxing massage. It hurts! The heat feels great but there no way to use it without the massage. A couple of the modes have a hold and release on them kind of scary. Tried low back massage it just kept pinching my cheek hip area. Made sciatica worse. The width is also not adjustable, my husband has a thick neck it wouldn’t even fit him. If you love rough deep massage you will like this. It is not good for fibromyalgia!

Feels like a real massage!
The neck massager is so comfortable that it feels like actual hands massaging my neck! It is very durable and strong enough for my neck and I really love using the massager on my lower back. It has various speeds and I have yet to find a favorite speed as they’ve all been relieving for my aches and pains after a hard days work. I have been researching and trialing various massagers for my neck and finally found the one. I love that it is cordless and I can walk around the house with it if I need to. It’s also a great bang for the buck!
