Reliable, soothing tea
I like a calming tea in the late afternoon and this is my favorite. I keep rebuying it, the quality is always great, and the convenience is part of the calm I need. The aroma is fresh and sweet, I take this tea without sugar. By bedtime, I am relaxed and have fewer problems sleeping.

The bear on this packaging is aspirational, truly a transcendent being, but as a normal person I can only get a glimpse of the relaxation of this being through the slurps of tea.All jokes aside this is an amazing tea that balances chamomile and peppermint and is perfect at signaling my body to wind down.

My favorite tea which I have been using for many years (40 plus?). I found out that it is also good for soothing upset stomach and use it for that purpose often. I love the taste and will keep using it as long as I live!

Love this tea, but it arrived unsealed. Unsafe & disappointing—had to toss.
I really do love this tea, but I did not love how it arrived. The outer shipping box looked fine, but I could smell the tea even before opening it. Inside, the six-pack of tea was in a cardboard carrier box that wasn’t fully closed on the ends, so the tea scent was very strong.When I checked further, I found that all six individual tea boxes were unsealed—unlike in the store, where each box is wrapped in clear cellophane for freshness and safety. This was surprising and concerning. Without that seal, the boxes could have been tampered with, and the tea itself is left exposed to air, which affects freshness.One box in particular was so poorly closed that I could see the white wax paper pouch inside. Between the packaging flaws, lack of safety sealing, and the risk of staleness or contamination, I didn’t feel comfortable drinking this batch and unfortunately tossed it.It’s a shame, because the tea itself is wonderful and the price here was the best I’ve seen. But for peace of mind and freshness, I’ll be buying this in-store going forward. I may have felt better if it had been in the description to expect no cellophane, but these boxes do need to be sealed– where each box is individually sealed or the lot of 6– but some effort should have been made to make the buyer (me) be aware.

An outstanding deal and it’s so healthy and relaxing
I’ve been drinking Sleepy Time Tea by Celestial Seasonings since the early 90s when I was still in elementary school. The benefits are that it helps make you feel relaxed however it does not give you a sluggish or drugged feeling. I like to use two cups all at once in a super large mug with two tea bags and let it steep for a long time and leave the tea bags in while I drink it. I add honey and milk. In particular I feel the most effective ingredients are the chamomile and the spearmint however the other ingredients help too. I personally avoid taking the other variety with includes the valarian root because it makes me feel unclear and foggy the next day the same way a cold medicine would.

Great tea, but not sure by in 2020 it was $20(SGD) for the 6 pack, in 2021 it was $26 and suddenly its $35 in 2022 – delivered. whats with the crazy price yo!
