These work great!!!!! I take them with Carlyle Red Clover 1200mg. I do half dose in the morning and other half in the evening. Take them for about a month you should see a difference. I also use DIM if needed.DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH on all listed and good luck

Purchased for a DIL. It’s helping! This is a YMMV thing, but it’s worth a try for combatting menopause symptoms.

Did not work for me
Didn’t make any difference for my hot flashes or night sweats. I ended up going to MIDI online to get hormone replacement therapy. Oh course, I’m not advocating this for everyone, but it was definitely the right thing for me.
