So, I have to change brands because these are so tasty I ate the whole bottle in a week! It’s not a terrible review, but maybe make them less delicious?! I have no idea if these are helping or not but I definitely gained 3 lbs! Aaaaaaaaa Hahahaha! I guess I need to not buy candy supplements. These are honestly only for people with a modicum of self-control.
