We all need to respect our bodies and supply it with the correct nutrients, especially as you get older or you are starting a regimen of being health. The 7 Amino acids are the most important part of your routine and this product provides you the right quantities in a special formula. Some might see these as large pills and the quantity high but with the special coating they are truly easy to swallow. They did not upset my stomach and increased my energy and performance levels. I have used these for a while with excellent results. I have tried other brands with mixed results. These pills check all the boxes to better health. Convenient clean protein supplement (expensive but effectiv)
I’ve been taking these Perfect Amino tablets with my clean keto diet. They’re convenient for when I’m on the go but still want a full essential amino acid profile for my workout or everyday energy. From what I’ve read, they’re up to 99% bioavailable(?), meaning that nearly all the amino acids are used by the body to build your muscle and repair tissue with hardly any of it wasted or turned into calories.The company says they’re clinically shown to absorb within about 23–30 minutes after swallowing. Plus, less than one calorie per 5-gram serving if you’re concerned anbout calorie impact. A typical 5 tablet serving is equal to 30g of whey protein but with minimal calorie impact.PROS: tablets are definitely clean, vegan, and contain zero sugar or fillers.MINOR CONS: they are a bit large to swallow and slightly chalky when you put them in your hand. And the price is on the higher side.That said, for someone like me, in an active keto-focused lifestyle right now and often rushing out the door, this has been a solid and hassle-free way to get higher quality amino acids without dragging around protein shakes or nasty protein bars. If you’re ok with the price, I recommend them.

Got me past a plateau!
I’ve been on a health/fitness journey since April 2024, with a focus on overall wellness. That means mindfulness vs restrictions, exercising to celebrate what my body can do instead of to punish it. In these 1.5 years, I’ve lost over 70 pounds in a way I feel is sustainable. When I hit a plateau I just couldn’t seem to get past, my physician recommended these. I started taking 1 dose in the morning around 6am, which kept me full and energized until lunchtime, and even then I was just ready to eat (not starving). I’ve lost another 10-12 pounds since I introduced them to my diet.For the effect they’ve given me, I think the price is good. They don’t taste like much of anything since I use the capsules, so that’s fine. They’re a bit large, so you may have difficulty if you often have difficulty with larger pills, but I find I can take two at a time.

First of all I was so excited I could buy these on Amazon! This is the most highly rated amino acid supplement around! I’ve only been taking them for a few days, but after all the research I did on this product, I have no doubt it’s going to help me with my workouts! Only negative would be you have to take five a day and they’re pretty big pills

I have ordered this product based on a TikTok recommandation + the amazingly positive reviews I read about this product made me want to try it, the seller *exborders* delivered it on a timely manner, the product is genuine and was delivered in a good state (not hot)! I have yet to see results yet it seems to be effective to cover up my protein daily needs.
