Minimized our fast food trips!
These have been wonderful for our family because we are never all home to eat at the same time. So, I am able to make dinner for everyone and get it plated for them so they can just grab it out of the fridge and put it straight into the microwave. Has minimized our unplanned trips to grab fast food! They are plastic so avoid using sharp knives, like steak knives, as this will scratch the plate.

Portion Your Food
I love this plate, I am really trying to eat small portions and this definitely helping me do that. I take this plate everywhere I go just in case. It’s small and easy to take with you. The sections are just enough to not get full but yet not still be hungry. I have used this in the microwave and it still has it’s shape. I cleaned this in the dishwasher and nothing is wrong with it. It’s very sturdy and the top seals to the plate. The color is just how it looks in the photo. The plate is packaged well, it came on time. This product can help a person lose weight if they stick to the portion size and don’t over do it. I used this for 30 days, breakfast, lunch and dinner. I was able to come down 5 pounds. I typically pile on my plate, but this allowed me to eat smaller portions. I keep one at work for breakfast and lunch. I was able to buy more for my family and also my workout group everyone loves this plate. The only suggestion I would give is make the plate have four sections. With the 3 I feel the largest section allows you to put more in that particular section. This can cut down on the large part having more room to pile on more food. This product is great for weight loss.

material is not impressive
It is not a robust material and is a common division plate. I thought it was stronger but it is flimsy. I didn’t return it because I would have spent more money on gas than fixing the situation. I wouldn’t buy it again
