Great fit!
I have two other pink back braces of another brand that have 3 stick/slats in the back. They are just ok when I am just doing house work by my self. This one is the bomb! It fits me perfect! No slats sticking out. I can where this under a shirt or sweater etc as long as it’s not shear and slightly see through. It is comfortable and no one would know I have it on! These run small. I bought a small. It will fit a size 2 to 4 comfortably. 6 to 8 I am guessing a medium size. Easy to use and adjust. I will be buying a second one. Finally one I can wear under clothes! I wear a size 4 ladies clothing. 4’3+1/2 112 pounds. (On the petite side) Hope this helps with your size choice. I highly recommend this brace for better posture. (I have adult scoliosis starting.)

Dont waste your money
This brace is very uncomfortable. I’ll admit that it does correct posture and the velcro to hold in place is strong but it cuts into skin around the armpit areas whether worn over a shirt or under a shirt. The part that wraps around your abdomen also rolls and is very uncomfortable under the breasts. If you are thicker in the abdomen, this brace causes a bubble like bulge of your belly and the sizing is extremely small. I ordered a Large and it was very tight so I ordered another in a XXL and it too was extremely small. Spend a little more money and buy a better one. Dont give into the viral video hype.

Two Stars – Disappointed in the Fit
I have it 3 stars as it arrived on time and was a good product idea. I really wanted to love this back brace, especially since I’ve been struggling with my posture lately. I ordered the XX-Large, carefully measuring myself beforehand to ensure a good fit, but unfortunately, it runs incredibly small. It’s uncomfortably tight across my back and shoulders, even with the straps fully extended.The material itself seems decent enough, and I appreciate the idea of the design, but the biggest issue is the fit. The edges of the brace also dig into my underarms, making it unbearable to wear for more than a few minutes. Hopefully, the manufacturer will address this sizing issue in future versions.

Great best, runs very small though…
The vest is great, but order a size larger than what you wear. They run extremely small. I ordered a small for my mother, who wears a size 4 in clothes and the small was too tight and we could barely close it around her. I ordered an X- large for myself and had the same problem. I’m getting each in one size up. Otherwise, they did straighten up our posture when we tried it on, so I’m sore amen we get the correct size out will help stop lower back pain.

Caution!
I bought this in hope’s it would be helpful in in helping my posture. And also perhaps help eleviate some pain I experience in my back. Please. After trying many times I can even get it to stay adhered. The sizing is way off. I bought a size-up as instructed.And returning is made almost impossible. Find a Kohls. And forget talking to anybody over the phone. Bottom line . Proceed with caution. Oh Btw this is the 2nd item I have gotten that’s been returned previously. Gotta love that! Now to think of someone of mini stature.

The measurements are wrong The Large only fit a 28″ waist!! Pretty lame – doesn’t hold the shoulders back!

Works as it should, sizing chart is a little off
It does exactly what it’s supposed to, but the sizing is off. I have a 34-inch waist and usually wear a medium or large. Since most reviews said it runs small, I went with an XL as the sizing chart recommended, but it was huge. The waist straps wrapped around so far the Velcro didn’t even line up. I exchanged it for a large, and when I compared the two, there was about an 8-inch difference in the waist straps. Just a heads-up so you can get the right size the first time. See photos.

Not bad at all!
With all the bad reviews after I ordered this i honestly thought I was making a mistake ordering this. But nop! I ordered a size Medium and I’m usually a small, it runs a size smaller so do keep that in mind when ordering!It definitely keeps my back straight, it’s strong and the quality for the budget is not bad at all. It’s a little confusing to put on ngl but it’s pretty good! It’s uncomfortable at first until you get used to it. I tighten quite a bit so depending on the person a little loser maybe better. As a posture corrector i definitely give it 5/5 stars! It’s one of the more comfortable ones I’ve had. But with a product like this I don’t think comfort is the name of the game given we are trying to fix a problem here. All in all, for a budget friendly option it gets a 5/5 from me as well!If anything changes I’ll come back to update this review. Happy shopping!
