Great little tens unit, only issue is the pads don’t last but for 1-2 uses. So I ordered more replacement pads, and those arrived today…but overall this makes my back get relief .v

Unbelievable, Provides Instant Relief
Been struggling with unbearable mid-back spasms for two years, it flares up and is awful. Meds don’t help, have done PT, acupuncture, injections and chiropractic.Experiencing a painful flare this week. Went to the chiropractor yesterday, he mentioned there were little TENS units for home use, ordered it early this morning, it arrived about an hour ago and has provided instant relief! Can’t believe how well this little thing works, it’s about the size of the old iPod mini.Hopefully this and the heating pad can get me through this flare up. For the price and ease of use I wish I’d known about this sooner. Would be great to take when traveling too, just in case.

Awesome compact ten unit, awesome price
This rechargeable tens unit is awesome for helping to manage pain. I has 24 different modes so that you can find the mode that fits your specific need. The unit itself is very small and comes with a little storage bag. It includes 8 sets of reusable sticky pads, a charging chord, 2 lead wires, 1 pad holder and the user manual. It also comes with a 12 month warranty which is pretty awesome.

Powerful TENS and EMS unit!!
This is actually both in one. A TENS and an EMS unit have different uses, EMS units contract muscle and TENS units do not. Both are useful for different reasons. I was pleasantly surprised that this little guy does both, as if you’re a chronic pain sufferer both units can help you achieve different (but useful) results.I’ve had two lower back surgeries, a bad knee, and I get very bad tension headaches as well. So I’m falling apart lol. I use this little guy every day and it works so fricken’ well. One of the best Amazon purchases I’ve ever made and for the price it’s amazing— it’s honestly VERY powerful and because it’s so small I can put it in my personal item when I travel.Honestly because it is also an EMS unit and will help with muscle contraction if you’re a frequent traveler or going on a longer flight this could help prevent blood clots by stimulating your legs. I’m sure that isn’t the intended use but it’s just a thought.Anyway, buy it. It’s worth it and I have zero regrets.

I just bought it and started using it. So far so good. I had doubts about its effectiveness (given its size), I’ve been positively surprised. I would have given it 5 stars. the only reason I m giving 4 is the misleading description. it has 6 different programs and different intensities so the combination makes the 24modes highlighted in the description. But the user manual does not define how to get to a specific mode, so it is left for one’s intuition and trial & error.
