I wanted to come here and review this product from my experience. I have been in menopause for several years but the hot flashes were just out of control and showing no signs of slowing down, so I bought this product. On the very first day, my mind was clearer than it had been in years. I didnt even realize how foggy I really was. After 1 month of taking this daily, I find my hot flashes have decreased some, but I still have those. I’m sleeping better and longer. I don’t have such swings in temperature at night. My mood if far more upbeat. My memory is better. I feel better.

For anybody that has been struggling with the symptoms of menopause, I definitely recommend trying this product. it helped relieve a lot of the symptoms I was having, including hot flashes, having trouble sleeping, and the roller coaster of up and down a hormone changes. It Really Works!
This supplement is a game changer. I am post menopausal but get hot flashes throughout the day. After being on this product for a few weeks my hot flashes decreased significantly. I am now on month 2 and maybe get a mild hot flash or none at all!

It’s not a miracle supplement, but it helps!
I have been using this for almost 2 months and waited to write my review. This does seem to help with sleep quality and minimizes my hot flashes. I still have some insomnia and get hot flashes through out the day but not as much. This is marketed to help with a number of menopause symptoms, but those are the two that I have noticed the most difference with since taking this for almost 60 days.

SAVE THE DOUGH!!!
Hi, my name is Nancy, I am 50 years old and I lost a hundred bucks on the Amberen program. That my friends, pretty well sums up my review of this program. I DO NOT sleep well, I DO NOT have more energy, I DID NOT stop having what I call power surges (hot flashes) or night sweats, I am STILL cold nearly all of the time, (80 degrees and up and I am happy). And as for weight loss… well my wallet is quite a bit lighter, but that is not what I would call “one of my problem areas.” I AM NOT SAYING THIS PRODUCT WILL NOT WORK FOR YOU. I have hypothyroidism and basically my metabolism is in a coma and I was hoping that this would help wake it up. It did not. I am active, I eat right, not a lot of junk (except for shark week. You know ladies, the week “before” when you will eat anything and nearly bite anyone who comes into your space!?!) the mood swings are still, well, lets say that sometimes my mood not only swings but dips and sways and tosses and turns. Basically, I tell my family to not make any eye contact, hand the lady the chocolate and back out of the room slowly. DO NOT MAKE EYE CONTACT AND DO NOT MAKE ANY SUDDEN MOVEMENTS, AS THIS COULD BE INTERPRETED AS A THREAT! Well, unfortunately I am no better off than I was when I started the program. I took the “normal dose” for the first 30 days, did not see any improvement so I bumped it up to the “double dose” as recommended by the included instructions, but still no hope. Again, I am not saying to NOT buy this product, but I just wanted you to be able to make an informed decision. I believe that if these types of products would give both the success stories as well as the unsuccessful study participant’s feedback, then we, as ever hopeful folks, can make a better decision on what we hope might work for us. One more thing, the “money back guarantee” is worthless. Do not make a purchase based on those 3 little words. It is only a 30-day guarantee, but the enclosed pamphlet says to give the product at least 4 weeks to work. How do they get away with this? Well if you do the math, 4 weeks does not 30 days make. Other than the 3 little word phrase “I love you,” basically the rest of the 3 little word phrases should be seen as a caution, i.e., “batteries not included,” “to be continued,” “I’ll call you,” “money back guarantee,” etc. Good luck in your quest and I wish you much success. These symptoms will not kill us, as they have been ongoing for centuries now. However, my recommendation is to not let these symptoms define you. Fan when necessary, layer clothes as needed, change your sheets regularly, eat a piece and not a pound of chocolate or what ever works for you when needed, and please try your best to not “verbally kill” anyone in your world whom you would like to continue saying the good 3 little word phrase, “I love you.”

I have been using this for over 10 yrs, I use to just go over to the US and pick it up at the Walmart or order it online, t now with this damn Covid I can’t get over there so had to order on Amazon. With the exchange it works out much more affordable to get it from the US but I don’t have that luxury at the moment. It 1as $159.00 for the 3 pkgs and it’s only 109$ with the exchange when I get it in the US. Lets see it go down in price, that would be a bonus. It works for me, and has for over 10 yrs. I have no symptoms, I’m 55 and had a total hysterectomy in 2013 so I have no hormones at all kicking around, but whatever is in this…give me no symptoms what so ever…All my friends are sleepless, hot sweats, cold sweats, no sexual desire etc….Me…I’m ready to roll at all times.
