I’m supervised with the gigh quality. I’ve been looking for a while to replace my old bands. I bought a couple before at the same price with very poor quality. These are surprisingly good the price.I totally recomend them. I use the for chin-ups and pull-ups assistance and the resistance is consistent.

Good general resistance bands
We’ve been using these as part of physical therapy for a few months now, and so far so good. the different sizes really cover all ranges of effort we try to target, from the lightest resistance for those just starting out like young children or elderly, to those who are just trying to build up more strength that traditional weight lifting techniques won’t work for.The one thing I would like would be maybe a shorter variant for arm work, as the longer ones can be a bit too long for some arm resistance training like pulling them apart for those with shorter arms or lower ranges of motion.

La qualité de fabrication de ces élastiques est bonne. Ils sont en caoutchouc et semblent vraiment solides.Je les utilise pour reproduire à la maison des exercices que m’a donné mon kiné. C’est quand même beaucoup plus pratique de les avoir que d’essayer de les imiter en utilisant divers bricolages ! Il y a une réelle différence entre les élastiques, avoir le choix permet d’adapter la difficulté. Après quelques heures d’utilisation, ils s’avèrent très utiles et tiennent bien le choc jusqu’ici, pas de problème.Au final, je suis satisfait de ce produit. Grâce à ces élastiques, mon épaule va de mieux en mieux. Vendus presque 34€ en lot de 5 avec une petite pochette de rangement, le tarif est élevé mais le rapport qualité/prix me semble encore intéressant.

These workout elastic bands are great. They all felt a little stiff at first, but they loosen up nicely after a bit of use. They come with a small carry bag, which makes them easy to keep together and take when traveling. Simple, useful and good to have at home for quick workouts.
