These are your best option for affordable and convenient at home workouts. Excellent quality. Easy to store out of the way and take up a lot less space than multiple dumbbells everywhere. They are easy to use and sturdy. You don’t have to worry about the weight falling off like you do with other options.

So far so good. Easy to use and good quality for the money. Seems safe enough so far, no weights have fallen off during use. Nice to have a cradle to place the weights back in when not in use, although where would the extra weights stay when not using all 22.5 lbs.? Each dumbbell comes in 4.5 lbs. increments, with just the bar at 4.5, #1 is 9 lbs., #2 is13.5 and so on until all weights are attached for 22.5 total lbs. each dumbbell.

I don’t normally leave bad reviews like this, even if I don’t like a product. In this case I am making an exception however, since I see this as an actual safety hazard. The weights do not lock well and can fall off with relatively little effort. This makes any overhead lifting dangerous, plus they can drop and damage other things, even if not the person. I highly recommend this product be redesigned as it is just not well made enough.

These were so affordable, they go great with my stationery bike. They fit perfectly in the palm of your hand, got a really nice grip to it and material is nice so it doesn’t slip easily from your hands even when it starts getting sweaty.Need some bigger ones. I am very please with my pair and the price is the very best value.
