Stopped working, Really Disappointed
So disappointed in this diffuser. I’ve only had it a few months and it’s stopped working. It’s beautiful and and at first gave off a lovely scent. However it’s suddenly stopped putting off scent no matter how much or little essential oil I use. It still will dispense water but no scent. I have properly cleaned it but still nothing. I loved it so much I bought two others for other rooms in my home, but this one no longer works. Really disappointed. Past return window as well.

Beautiful and elegant looking, It’s also the perfect night light! It works great and I love the weight of the real ceramic component to it. I can’t stand all these cheap plastic diffusers out there so I was happy to find this one. It was kind of a hassle to figure out the functionality at first. I kinda wish the buttons were different (separate button for each setting) but I love it regardless and I appreciate that they tried to keep it clean and minimal. The other day I didn’t realize it ran out of water and I kept trying to turn it on but it blinked several times and turned off every time. After a couple times I checked and saw that it was out of water so I thought that was a good feature. The size of it is perfect too. Overall, I’d say it’s a great value for your money!

Just what I was looking for….
Looks so decorative in my living room. Easy to use and definitely great quality for the great price. The size is perfect on my side table and I filled it with an amazing scent that makes the who family hungry! Easy to operate, even my 10 year old helps with changing the water and scent. I plan on buying more for other rooms in my house.

Hi!I received the diffuser today and it seems to work well, but it doesn’t stay on for very lon it turns off by itself after a few minutes, and I have to turn it back on manually. Am I doing something wrong, or could it be a defect?
