Great for muscle strengthening!
My only complaint is that I was only able to afford ONE set… I’m disabled and unable to work so it’s not often I’m actually able to buy anything… but this was something much needed! Living around chronic pain doesn’t help maintain muscles at all and losing muscles often causes more chronic pain (and did in my case, very much!) — I got these to rebuild some of the lost muscles to ease the chronic pain the best I can. Just 2 months of using (started out only twice a week, but i now use them daily) and I’ve gone from using just the weakest 2, to using all at once… Muscle strength is no longer an issue… I can’t wait till I’m able to afford a 2nd set! (i prefer doing both arms at once instead of alternating… but using them all at once, requires 2 sets – until then I’m stuck alternating). I use these in a basement secured to a support beam – as I’m worried about ruining doors/frames and don’t want to risk anything breaking or getting damaged. Support beam works great 🙂 finally got a 2nd set thanks to an amazing twitch viewer! I love it! Highly recommend!
