Actually a pretty good value for this adaptogen blend compared to what’s on the market these days. Ashwagandha, Panax ginseng astragalus and rhodiola rosea helping with cortisol and stress, while also providing a natural energy boost. It’s a full 2 month supply for only $22. You can probably get bulk powders for cheaper, but this is very convenient. Reccomend!

Sleep Quality is finally better.
This supplement has been helping me with sleep quality, I’m finally back to 8 hours of sleep that is mostly deep sleep. Some of it is light sleep & there’s also a small portion of REM sleep. But no more “awake” moments while sleeping! This took me about 3 weeks to achieve once I started to take it regularly. I did check to make sure it wasn’t going to have any adverse effects with my current medications & there wasn’t. It’s always important to check on this before ordering.

This may be a good product , but i’m not entirely convinced. TheynSay it’s third party tested , but I don’t see a lab id on the bottle. Unfortunately, a lot of companies just say third party tested, but they don’t identify what lab actually tested their product, which usually means that it is not third party tested.And if it is , it is something that they have direct control over and not a non bias laboratory. More times than not I look for the NSF.LogoThat is clearly printed on the bottle.Which states that it’s been tested by the national sports foundation.And that that is a true product for what is being sold , and it’s been tested as such for results and ingredients by a third party , independent lab. So I would take their claims as to whether it is third party tested with a grain of salt. I’ve been taking this product for roughly about 3 weeks.Have I noticed any significant gains?No, not so much though, it does have some pretty good ingredients in it.If they are , in fact , in it. Normally, I do not take random supplements that come off of Amazon.That don’t have that label from the NSF clearly printed up.But this one I figured I’d give it a shot and so far i can say maybe it works.I just don’t know.

I have been taking this supplement for a while now and I’m super happy with it. It arrived quickly and well packaged. I’ve been taking it for a month or two and I feel great! The capsules are standard size capsules and easy to swallow. There is no discernible taste or odor. They do not bother my stomach!

Bottle came with 120 Capsules recommends taking one to two capsule per day giving you a 60 to 120 day supply. Overall making this a good value for the cost. The product information indicates that it is made in a GMP certified facility utilizing third party testing. I found this product easy to take and easy to swallow leaving no after taste or effects.

Great addition to my daily routine
Please note the serving size. It says take 1 capsule 1-2 times a day. So, even though the bottle says it is a 2-month supply, it could very well be a 4-month supply if, like me, you take it only once a day.So again, if you’re like me, you like the most bang for your buck. For me, this is it. This breaks down to, on average, .25 cents a day. I take a multitude of vitamins, minerals and supplements daily, so honestly, I don’t know what does what. I will not say that this has provided a noticeable change in my stress or energy levels, but to me, what is most important is getting in a daily dose of nutrients that are beneficial to my overall health and wellbeing. I believe these do that and I will continue to take them.As a side note, I appreciate that these are distributed in my own home state of Texas. Easy to take
These pills are easy to take. They are reasonably sized, easy to swallow, and there’s no weird aftertaste. I took them for about 2 weeks, but can’t say I experienced any noticeable changes. Give them a try and see how they work for you!
