PUT A PAD ON THE NEXT DAY!!!!!
Let me tell y’all how I am only on day two of taking this product and TMI but my cycle came on without warning on the second day, unfortunately dripping down my leg while I was making deviled eggs for a potluck the next day. I’m so distraught right now, but I am happy to know that this medicine actually works. So to anyone that decides to buy it. BEWARE OF THE REVIEWS. AND START WEARING PADS THE NEXT DAY.!!!! I cannot stress this enough lol.Other than that, the pill size is fine, the taste is nonexistent. Yesterday and today I can definitely say I felt good. The amount of money that you spend is well worth it. I can’t speak on the hair growth part, but as long as it stays on my head and off my face. WE GOOD.!!! 🤣🤣🤣

Regular Cycle Is Back 🙂
This product helped me get my cycle back after being irregular for over a year (along with strength training/nutrition modifications). I only take 2 capsules a day even though it says 4 a day. Inositol in general is great for regulating cycles, but I chose this specific brand because the other added ingredients have their own benefits and make this product well-rounded. They do not taste like anything and the capsules are easy to swallow.

I wanted something to help balance my hormones and support my overall well-being, and so far it’s been a positive experience. The capsules are easy to take, and I like that the formula includes not just myo- and d-chiro inositol but also folate and vitamin D3, which makes it more complete than other brands I’ve seen. Good, level feeling
Weight loss 10lbs in a month and pms relief if I keep working out. When I stop working out, Weight is steady. I think these do help pcos overall but not a miracle.

(Insert Palpatine Joke Here)TLDR: At half dose, as a morbidly obese woman with PCOS, I had TWO successful periods in 28 days after a year of NOTHING!This is gonna be lengthy!I was INCREDIBLY hesitant to try this, due to the ashwaganda and berberine. I did search after search and all the research I could stomach. Learning and seeing the two could affect the liver. Bear with me! And for me it may have… My doc and I are trying to rule this out, however! Don’t panic! As a TMI: I am nearly 400 lbs, suffer from facial hair growth, irregular periods, and insulin resistance. So a lot of other factors here!Finally, I did it. And THREE days later, at HALF dose, my period came. My LAST period was a YEAR ago, mind you! I sobbed, happy tears over this fact. 28 days later, my period came AGAIN. I am still on half dose, I did blood testing and my AST levels were high, but I also started Zepbound as well. As mentioned before, I am trying to figure out what is going on. My doctor did review this with me and DID NOT have concerns.My hair is getting longer (top of my head LOL), my facial hair is slowing down, and my libido is higher. The pills don’t have much of a taste, and I don’t get an upset stomach while on the Zepbound with these.
