*INSULIN RESISTANCE LIFESAVER*This is just as good as the more expensive inositol supplements on Amazon and for a lower price!I have been taking this consistently every day for 18 months and I’m not kidding when I say that it is the best thing I have ever done for myself. After 4 kids in 8 years I was up 40lbs that I was unable to lose. I had insane cravings, afternoon crashes, and my energy was at an all time low. I couldn’t stick to a calorie deficit because no matter how much I ate I was always starving. As soon as I started using this product within a WEEK I felt :-more energy-less cravings-better sleepAfter a while I noticed that my calorie deficit was actually working the way it should and I ended up losing 45lbs in one year. While I do not believe this product causes weight loss, it definitely helped my body do what it was SUPPOSED to in a calorie deficit. I felt more in control around food and shockingly after one year of use my period became regular for the first time in my life!I do not plan to stop any time soon and I would recommend this to anyone dealing with any of the same issues I was. It is a real game changer for me.

Great Product!!
Honestly, very skeptical at first whether or not it would work for me. This is a great product. So far has definitely helped regulate my hormones, when one remembers to take it on a regular basis. If you’re on the fence just give it a try, I’m not saying that it will work for everyone. It is worth a try, hope it works for you the way it has for me.

Helps regulate hormones but not right away! You have to take it consistently for a few months
Great for pms symptoms!!!! I love this product I didn’t see any immediate results but after two years of taking this I can say it keeps my hormones regulated, and period on schedule as well as helps with my pms symptoms. I normally would curl up in a ball in the fetal position every month and be extremely nauseous this helps with that sooo much!!! I absolutely tell everyone I know and preach the effects to every female I know that has horrible periods ( and I know many!) I never had any side effects and I’m sensitive to medications. you take two twice a day they say to do separate but I take them first thing in the morning after I eat together. If you’re on the fence I would at least try it!!!

Easy to swallow
Seems good so far and easily digested. I do feel extra sleepy throughout the day. However there is a nauseous feeling and pulsating headache that creeps in during the evening and night.

Definitely works for pregnancy
Definitely got me pregnant. I stopped taking them after I found out that I was pregnant because I didn’t know if they were safe. I lost the baby, but definitely plan to take them again when I am ready to conceive again. I only took 2 pills a day instead of the 4, and they were way too swallow. Gave me energy. I recommend.

Best product I lost my period for nine months and I’m still in my childbearing age and want to have another baby and have been taking this for about six months. Got my period back and has been back ever since and has been on time every month and I have PCOS and it’s been on time every month and have not had a period a normal period like this since I was 14

USE CAUTION in LEAN PCOS
Used this supplement for almost a year and I felt like it did help my mood and sleep. I noticed my hair growth was getting worse and I experienced lower abdominal bloating and almost a hard rock feeling. After doing some research I discovered D chiro can make lean PCOS worse. I switched to plain Myo Inositol and have already felt better. Good supplement and brand but not for me

I have been taking this since August of 2024 and it has been a game changer in my health. I do not have pcos, I do not have irregular periods, I do not have a thyroid problem. Regardless, it has absolutely changed my entire body for the better. But you do need to give it at least 2 months to notice the difference. August 2024 I weighed 160 December 2024 I weight 130 and I’ve held steady at 120ish since (currently September 2025). I’m 5ft and 40 years old and I feel like a new person with a whole new life to live. Best decision I’ve ever made. Followed up with my dr in January 2024 with bloodwork and tests as I was slightly concerned with the rapid weight loss, all tests showed perfect health. They are not meal suppressants, I still eat normal meals, I don’t have the sugar cravings at all, no interest for anything sweet. I have never felt better, highly recommend.

You never get rid of PCOS, even though I had a full hysterectomy. I get discomfort and vaginally cyst. It still in the blood stream. This is the best thing I have ever taken this powder. Day 2 cyst gone. Please bring it back, the powder. Please makers this is a gold mine. It gave me good moods, no pain and helped my daughter Pcos. Nothing can match it

This is the first supplement I am taking that i can actually say it makes a difference. I already ordered my second bottle.Although I just started about a week ago so I don’t know how effective it is in regards to hormonal impacts but the inflammatory and stress relief impact I can feel it already.Also I have battle with insomnia since childhood I seem to be falling asleep faster these days. Fingers crossed maybe there are other compounding factors. But I do love this supplement.
