I love these gummies! They work! I recommended them to a friend and she loves them as well. Hot flashes be gone. I don’t wake up in the middle of the nice with a gummy sweaty neck anymore, lol.

Room for improvement
At this price point I was expecting only the best ingredients and less sugar. I’m not crazy about the B6 used and I’m not sure it’s actually helping me. Some of the ingredients used haven’t been studied in women, so that’s also slightly concerning as effects are unpredictable. Obviously different women are going to have different experiences based on their starting point too. I do hope more women find relief from these gummy. At least they’re organic and a reputable brand.
