Nice night-time drink
Oh this is good! After a long day of work. Plus all the cold weather we are getting. I make this. I add chocolate mint creamer. WOW! I am a sleep in maybe 15 minutes. And sleep 7 hours straight. My max was 4 hours for over 50 years! No health issues. Just didn’t know how to slow down. The taste and smell is so good. This is permanently on my grocery list. Now on my 3rd reorder. Its so good!

I drink a cup of Sleepytime tea almost every night and it helps me to relax and get a good nights rest with all natural ingredients. K-cup tea for easy use. All herbal, no caffeine, aroma is a relaxing, calming spearmint scent, with mild camomile. I have been drinking this brand for 40 years. Love the taste and love that it isn’t peppermint.
