it came shrink wrapped and expanded to look a little less pristine than the picture in the listing, but it is good enough. I think I expected it to be a little bigger, but in this case it seems to be the right size for me.

Zero stars. This thing is garbage. Not even close to providing lumbar support. Comes shrink-wrappes, and is just a bunch of clumps of junk memory foam stuffed into it. You CANNOT get an even rest against it with your back, there’s mound that press into yku and no comfort. Do not buy this. Shopping on Amazon for 20 years. First review I left. That’s how much this is garbage.
