Started using these back in the late spring. I was having issues going number two so I thought these would help. With the combined help of Miralax and Physician’s Choice digestive enzymes they are doing a great job. I have been using the product for years now and this is the first time I’m reviewing it. It’s great for my digestion. I used to really, really, really struggle with bloating and other issues. This has helped. I have noticed my nails are SO much stronger as well. I might have this probiotic to thank for that as well. I take it every morning with water. It has no after taste and it does not irritate my stomach. Highly recommend!!! I’m on a monthly subscription.

This has definitely helped my digestion
While it does have a bit of an unpleasant smell & taste, it is not strong nor does the taste linger once swallowed. I was having some digestive & intestinal issues that this product has reduced. I feel the health benefits definitely outweigh the slightly unpleasant taste! And, my nails appear stronger after taking for a couple of months. I’m on my second bottle & plan to continue taking.
