I purchased this kasney Lumbar Support Pillow in light blue to take to my meditation class. My back, especially my lower back, aches when I sit too long, and this pillow makes sitting on a hard chair for an hour much more bearable.The ergonomic memory foam provides excellent support exactly where I need it. It’s firm enough to support my lower back effectively but comfortable enough for extended sitting. Perfect addition to my office chair that makes my time sitting for extended periods of time bearable! This is my 3rd lumbar support cushion that I have purchased and it looks like I finally found a winner. This cushion actually helps me sit up straightforward and helps my posture. I have tried a much much more expensive one with a bottom cushion but after a short amount of time I found myself sliding and slouching, no good. I decided I might as well try out a lumbar pillow that is simple enough in design and doesn’t break the bank. While this cushion is a fraction the cost it has superior support and is compact in design.I do want to highlight the 3 ridges in the middle because they function as a pain reliever on the lower back. They are firm enough to take pressure off my lower back yet soft enough that they provide me with long comfort for the late work nights.This purchase is a keeper after a lengthy hunt for support and comfort!

I’ve been using this lumbar support pillow for one weeks in both my office chair and car seat, and it’s made a noticeable difference in my lower back comfort. Worked great until the weather turned cold (freezing, zero degrees Celsius and below) at which point it turns into a stone hard blob. So if you are blessed with above zero temperatures all year around, it is a fine product. If you have cold winters and you want to keep using it in your car, it’s not going to work.
