Massive help with hair growth
I don’t know about my skin if it has been really effective since I am following a skin care routine, but I can really attest to its effect on my nails and hair!!! My nails have always been brittle, easily torn off, but now it’s more firm. And my hair! My hair has improved massively in terms of hair fall and growth. I have always had thin hair coupled with chronic hair fall. It has caused me a lot of stress. And I have tried a lot of expensive regimen to no avail. Since trying this product, not only has it helped with the hair fall, but the hair growth has been terrific! I swear, my hair line is improving. I’ve noticed my “forehead getting smaller” if you know what I mean. So much new hair growth and I love it.

I bought this on a suggestion from someone who was using it to improve skin firmness that was lost after a weight loss. I do see an improvement in my skin, but what is really noticeable is my hair has really gotten thicker and healthier. My hairdresser noticed. My husband noticed. My friends noticed. And, for the first time in my life, a complete stranger commented. I take this stuff, as directed, everyday. If you want healthier hair and skin, I highly recommend it!!!

Great option if you have alpha-gal
I have alpha gal so can’t use “normal” collagen which usually has bovine ingredients. This is perfect. I ordered this to help keep skin from sagging with rapid weight loss. I can’t swear it does that but I do not have any saggy skin so I’m a fan. It dissolves completely in hot water (ok to use boiling water as collagen is stable to 300 C°) and has no taste and no after taste. Also, my hair and skin look better than they have in ages!

NOT Alpha Gal friendly but also not fishy tasting
The keratin in this product is derived from wool, per the manufacturer. I have Alpha Gal, and after several days of putting this in my coffee, my joints are in pain! I read every single word of the ad, and saw only marine based and all natural ingredients. I unfortunately relied on another review to decide to purchase. Although I cannot use it, it did not taste bad.Update: the seller was very responsive and quickly issued a refund. They stated they would improve their products. Even though I was allergic to this marine collagen I could tell a difference in my fingernails in the week that I used it. If they develop a mammal free version, I’ll happily try it.

I have used it for just a few days, but I am impressed. The container is full! No telling you that it all settled. It also comes with a spoon. Theres no taste. I’ll buy it again.

Great supplement…not crazy about the spoon placement.
This is a great supplement to take daily for my skin, nails and hair. It dissolves easily inside my black coffee with no taste. I like the product, but I wasn’t happy about the placement of the plastic spoon inside the container. I wish it is a bit shorter or flexible to handle the size of the container when it is full. I had to jam it inside each time I need to close it.
