Love this tea! Works well if you don’t want to take melatonin! Very soothing and yummy. I use two tea bags to get it strong enough.

Delicious & helps me sleep!
I am incredibly skeptical of herbal remedies but I have trouble sleeping so I thought I’d give this a try. Not only is this tea absolutely delicious, but I have been averaging an extra hour or two of sleep a night.

Great at bedtime
If you want a great tea to use right before bed then I highly recommend this one. It has a very nice flavor and for an extra boost I add the skinny caramel mix that has zero sugar and 0 cal. There’s something very warm and relaxing about a cup of tea before bed. I was hooked from the first box that I purchased from Walmart, but knew I could get a bigger quantity for less money here on Amazon. So I bought the four pack instead. Great value and came quickly.

I love this tea. I love Yogi! I’m not sure why it’s called caramel. it tastes nothing like caramel. but it does taste like a wonderful tea. it’s become one of my staple teas.

My partner had suffered from insomnia. We have tried almost anything that would aide sleep like dr teel, pillows, a new bed or even tea but nothing seems to help. And because of that, I suffered from it too. I came across this tea at Smith’s store and bought a pack. One tea time night and immediately the effect! I have to mention the flavor too! So smooth! The best sleep me and my partner ever had. We continued to have nightime tea. And we ran out of it so I ordered more on amazon of the same product. It seems to me my partner and I had just created a new tradition before bedtime. Grateful for this tea. Never had trouble sleeping since. I highly recommend this to people who have trouble sleeping.
