I was told by my therapist I needed to get this. But the kettle ball in PT only made my back and neck worse so I don’t use it.

Not my style- slippery
It’s a kettlebell. I bought it thinking the vinyl would be good for my wood floor. All the dimension are correct and fine. But I have a hard getting a grip on it. The handle is smooth which is a tad slippery. The vinyls coating is really slippery. Could not fully execute my hold without worrying it might slip off. I like their regular cast iron version. I’m just going to put a mat on the floor .
