Good for winters both morning and evenings.
Used it for past few weeks and it has made noticeable difference in my mood and energy, in dark Washington winter. Light is easy on the eyes.In the evening I try the yellow ligh, which is ligh sunset. and in mornings I try the bright light for working on my desk. Design is decent, remote works as expected.

The lamp is bright and easy to control. It is great to use it for lighting or therapy. The lamp is of great value compared to other products and is of great quality. The light bulb and the frame are durable and of good quality. The light is soft and comfortable.

Fire hazard
If I could give it zero stars I would. The light bulb broke from me screwing it into the lamp and clearly was not safe anyway. Had it not popped off, it would have been a fire hazard.

Nice warm light
This lamp actually does proper 3000 kelvin light, where they light is nice and warm with good brightness for reading. The light is soft and easy to read a book with. Good for before sleeping.
