To C or not to C? That is the question.
I picked this brand of C due to the Zinc inclusion and it does not have Magnesium Stearate as a filler. I began taking it a few days ago, so I will update any benefits, etc. at a later time. As a Hashimoto’s/Hypothyroid patient we are advised through the Thyroid blogs (which are heavily researched for the latest information) to be on a list of vitamins to aid in the process of T4 to T3 conversion. Vitamin C and Zinc are on that list.
