Great Taste and Results
Love the vital proteins. I have noticed a difference in my hair, skin and especially my nails. I put it in my coffee in the morning. I find the only way it really dissolves is with a small hand foamer/mixer otherwise it sits at the top. Doesn’t mix well with a spoon. The larger size lasts me about a month and a half or so. Tastes great.

I really enjoy the chocolate collagen shake flavor. I have one to two servings a day and it easy on my stomach. The powder mixes well with water in my shaker bottle.

If you are using just a cup of coffee use less, a full scoop is way to much.
One scoop of this in a big mug of coffee in the morning (with a little French vanilla creamer) and I was hooked. It actually knocks a few years off of your face. Softens the lines around your eyes, and forehead.

I love this product but it’s a hit or miss on availability and the 2 pound size. I use two heaping scoops in cold water for my morning drink. It tastes like hot chocolate. In the winter I have been known to heat it up. I don’t eat regular sugar anymore so this is a real treat.
