Blocks are a good size and have held up well over the last 6 months of practice. The strap is sturdy, long, and soft. Great set and functionality for the price. I love the color.

Just what I needed to improve
I love these blocks. I’m working on both my flexibility and strength and needing some blocks to help with both as I improve. I love the small instructional guide and the belt. The belt is well made and should last a long time, the blocks are light but solid and comfortable. These are great for both beginners and pros to support your training.

Quality yoga blocks plus strap
These yoga blocks are top quality. Firm yet gentle on the hands and feet. Nice light blocks that support my weight without sagging. Everything arrived perfect condition in its own yoga set box. Inside the box, each block was also individually wrapped.The strap is outstanding as it is wide, strong, soft on the hands, and with a buckle that holds the strap without slipping. The strap also has a little elastic keeper strap so the entire strap can stay folded up when not in use.I took both blocks and strapped them together with the strap to make a larger platform for my use. Works great. Lightweight, strong, and secure.I highly recommend these.

Great yoga blocks. Perfect size. Love the color! It’s hard finding emerald green. The strap is ok. I wish it had loops but it doesn’t. It does feel nice on the hands though.
