If you use Colonix , and you are using Kleri Tea with it, this Detox Tea is much more gentle and tastes and works much better than Kleri Tea. Among other positive attributes, , it is “citrusy” and “cinnamony” and smells great. It has multiple benefits. Now I use two bags. It has lots of other bonuses – read the label. I started out steeping one tea bag in the water for 8 minutes and have gradually increased that time and quantity to 2 tea bags each evening before bed until I have gotten the the right amount of strength of it that is right for me to help with the Colonix journey overnight. I use Colonix in the morning and Detox Tea at night before bed which is good because it is very relaxing, and the next day everything works out great.

It works!!
This tea really works!! The only problem is that you don’t always know when it is going to work! First off it tastes amazing, I got the cinnamon citrus and it tastes great. I don’t always take it every day however i have for a few days and then spread it out. I try to drink it in the evening and sometimes it works 30 minutes later and other times it has hit me the next day in the morning (preferred) or even later in the afternoon. One afternoon I hadn’t seen any results and thought maybe there wasn’t much in me for it to work.. well i ran out quick to the store and let me tell you I have never been so close to 💩my pants in my entire life. Hit me out of nowhere.. How I made it back is nothing short of a miracle!! When it hits you it hits hard.. I made it back home and went, and I felt so much better and lighter. I do see a difference in bloating and I feel better all around. I have noticed it makes you irinate a lot as well. I do not suggest using this if you are on a vacation, day trip, etc.. It does work and it doesn’t upset your stomach. Maybe needs time to adjust and it will become more regular.

Gentle & Effective
I just got this tea delivered yesterdayyyy.This may be TMI but ever since I had a colonoscopy done earlier this year, I’ve been constipated on and off and need some sort of healthy detox for my digestive system every now and then. I followed directions and drank this tea last night before bed and when I tell you I woke up this morning and felt my stomach rumbling, I went to the bathroom and was in there for 20 mins. I already know I’m going to be using this tea from now on as a healthier option for getting my digestive system a push when it’s needed!Happy to have come across this stuff and I highly recommend it. It’s gentle on your stomach and doesn’t make your stomach hurt or have sharp pains like other detoxes do.

Cramps but effective
I might be in the minority but this tea gave me really bad cramping. I’ve taken it a few times and the last time I took it I was in pain for several hours. With that said it really does work and clean you out.l, which I really appreciate. I want to continue taking it but might try drinking just half a cup going forward. I would say if you’re new to the tea, don’t go for full cup try half and see how your body reacts. It seems most people haven’t had any trouble with cramping.

Great value for everyday use
Mixes well, has a smooth pleasant flavor. You won’t get the brighter green color and flavor as you do from ceremonial matcha but for culinary everyday use it’s perfect. Confident in the quailty and appreciate the lower caffiene content, no jitters. I just purchased another bag while it’s on sale!

Very effective. I usually have it in the evening or before bed time. It doesn’t give you a wired feeling like other products. I usually let it sit in hot water for 7-8 mins and it doesn’t a wonderful job the next day!!
