Not much effective and not work well
This multifunctional pillow massager does not work well. It does not hold the battery for a longer time. It also does not fit my neck. I feel like this is not an effective way of healing the neck pain. It also create some sound that irritates and I cannot be able to do neck massage for a long time. The net material attracts more dust and look more dirty. I feel like this is not a good value for money.

Game changing and I love this. You can adjust temperature, you can adjust tge vibration. It helps to relieve the cervical pressure. Not too heavy and not too big so you can take it with you and the battery last up to 3 hours. It works fantastic.

This is NOT a massager. It vibrates and heats up, but the vibration is not a massage. It’s firm, which is helpful for the neck stretching, but there’s no massage involved.

My hopes were crushed!
I really had high hopes for this item. When I opened and looked it over, I remained hopeful, but upon getting into position and placing it under my neck, turning it on, it was nothing but painful. I had my husband try it to be sure it wasn’t just me and he has the same result. I don’t think this is a very good product at all. Maybe others had different experiences. i suggest reading multiple reviews and making an educated decision about purchasing this!
