Favorite hair vitamin! Unfortunately I cant take biotin so its been difficult to find a hair/skin/nails supplement that doesnt include it, I have been purchasing these for years and will continue to!

like it a lot, but can’t say it is a miracle cure. I have always had great looking hair, thick and abundant. Now I’m older and noticed that my hair was thinning, not just a little, if this shedding did not stop I was going to be a bald woman soon. I also noticed that my nails were very weak, and did not grow. My doctor just told me to take iron. Did not work. After almost two years of shedding hair and having awful nails. I decided to give this vitamin a try, also because it has MSM, and it is supposed to be good for seasonal allergies. I think I found the combination that works for me, I bought Skin, Nails & hair formula, also biotin from solgar and an iron supplement. Taking the three actually stopped my hair from falling and it grew back. My hair will never be as healthy and thick as before, but I am not bald. Some people still think I have great hair. As for my nails, they are stronger, but not great. I still take all three because it beats the alternative of going bald. So I give it a 4 star.
I don’t know why I have a side effect, but after taking dietary supplements, I have difficulty breathing, bloating and bad breath, and it’s hard around the heart area. –

I bought these a while ago, then never took them.. At some point I started realizing I was losing so much hair on a daily basis, for months. I have long hair down to the middle of my back, and I never use a brush I use my hand/fingers to brush my hair and undo any knots that I might have so I am very aware of the amount of hair that I lose. After showers, and throughout the day I was throwing away a lot of hair and my pony tail started to feel really small and I realized at that moment that I was shedding so much hair it became a major concern. That’s when I remembered I had these pills in the cabinet and I started taking them. Within a week, the amount of hair that comes off after a shower and or throughout the day is 1/10th of what it used to be. Shedding hair is natural but it’s a major difference before and after taking these vitamins. It will be years probably for my hair to become fully grown/thick again due to all the previous loss but at least now that can probably happen since I’m not losing a small animal daily lol. I am now leaving this review as I’m about to order another bottle. Take this review for whatever it’s worth but I certainly do appreciate not losing as much hair as I was previously.

Ya estoy tomando de forma habitual el complemento de Solgar Collagen Hyaluronic Acid Complex, que me ha funcionado muy bien para mantener la piel más firme, luminosa y retrasar los signos del envejecimiento.Por eso decidí probar también este suplemento de Solgar Skin, Nails and Hair Formula, especialmente porque en los cambios de estación —sobre todo en otoño y primavera— suelo sufrir caída del cabello.Creo que para frenar la caída y fortalecer el pelo desde dentro es importante apoyar con suplementos, ya que solo con una dieta equilibrada a veces no es suficiente.De momento estoy tomando dos pastillas al día: una con la comida y otra con la cena. Más adelante volveré a escribir para contar cómo me va y si noto los resultados, pero por ahora estoy muy satisfecha con la marca y con este producto.
