Item came with no English instructions on how to use. Found the app by reading reviews. The BP is not accurate all all. Not even in the ballpark. Great concept just not there yet.

Smart ring is really good
I LOVE this ring. It is the perfect width. It tracks well, the app is very nice and easy to use without needing a subscription. I feel the steps are accurate. I have an apple watch as well and they are always close to the same steps but I love the ring for ease of sleeping. I hate sleeping with a watch so I take it off but still wanted to be able to track my sleep and it’s perfect. It’s almost spot on with tracking. I do tend to see in the mornings it gets my wake time but might say I went back to sleep if I dont get up right away even when I dont go back to sleep but its only a few minute diffrence so thats fine with me. For the battery life I get about a week with the battery and it sends you updates on when it is expected to die which I like. It also charges pretty fast which is nice.

You get what you pay for
Let’s just say you get what you pay for. I wanted a cheaper one just to try out… this was not the one. Its charge is terrible. The sleep doesn’t work on it. It only tracks about half of your steps
