Promising Smart Ring Cut Short by Poor Durability
I really enjoyed this smart ring, especially for tracking my sleep — it worked great at first. Unfortunately, after less than a month, it stopped recording everything except my steps. It’s still set to track my stats every 30 minutes, but that function no longer works. I can manually check things like heart rate and oxygen levels, but it no longer tracks them automatically, and the sleep tracking has completely stopped. It’s disappointing because it seemed like a great device and an excellent value at first, but lasting less than a month is unacceptable.

Great product! Long battery life, records steps and sports stuff really well! Also it tracks sleep at night if you wear it. Easy to use easy to charge and definitely water proof! Great and fast customer service too bc i accidentally threw the QR code away that was needed to set it up and they were super helpful! App is very easy to use as well p

didn’t expect much, given the range of pricing on these types of devices, but i figured if i liked it, i’d upgrade. it worked OK for a week, and then unpaired & refused to repair. at least amazon makes returns easy.

Alright, but wouldn’t buy again
Worked great for a month, for the price. Was a little iffy on certain measurements & tracking but I didn’t expect it to be as precise as a more expensive version. The sleep tracker hasn’t worked for over a week so I’m thinking that’s done, which was my main purpose for purchasing this (don’t like wearing a watch to bed).Size runs small so order a size up.I do love the battery life, lasts a few days on one charge, but doesn’t give any indicator when the run or case need charging.

I gave this it 4 because it works great, but, it is too bulky for me and the size is too large. I normally wear a size 11. It is marked as an 11 but it is too loose. I stopped wearing it.

Don’t waste your time
I love the look and feel of this. It’s really light weight and cute. However, that’s the extent of the pros. First off, I had to exchange immediately because the size chart is extremely off. If you’re wanting to get one of these, get your normal ring size. DO NOT follow their measuring chart. Second, the health measurements I just don’t feel are accurate at all. Every time I measured anything, it would immediately give me the same, perfect measurement. Like, I know I’m fairly healthy. But there’s no way I’m getting the same perfect vitals all day every day. Some say the steps are accurate but I didn’t get this for steps. I can do that with my phone or watch. I wanted it for the more specific health monitoring tools and none of those I feel are accurate. Lastly, the battery is awful. The very first day I opened it, I put it on the charger. It sat ALL DAY LONG, and never got past 95. Once it hit 95%, the charge started GOING DOWN…. WHILE IT WAS STILL PLUGGED IN. It probably kept a charge for 24 hours after (when it claims to hold for 5-7 days) and then once it got below 20, it starts telling you to plug it in again. I wanted to try this out to see how I liked a smart ring before making a huge purchase of one of the expensive brands. But unfortunately, this just did not hit the mark at all for me. Very very disappointed and happy I only spend $40.

Love this ring! Accurate, convenient, and great price!
