Excellent for migraine sufferers.
This is my fourth time trying to write this review. Amazon just won’t post it, I guess. I’m going to try to keep this simple and shorter than my previous attempts.First, I want to highlight customer service. When I first ordered the Shift, I received a faulty unit and left a review about it. Renpho reached out to me and were kind enough to send me a replacement, and it works perfectly! I tried to edit my previous review but Amazon was like, “nah.” Here’s to hoping this one posts so I can give Renpho the shout out they deserve.I owned a previous model from the company that I used frequently, but had issues with. The Shift not only fixes these issues, but it goes above and beyond on quality of life decisions. Like the buttons for example: they are tactile rather than touch, and I didn’t even know I needed that until I used it!Sound quality is great. It’s easy to switch it into bluetooth mode, and I use that mode along with an app filled with calming music and sleep stories while relaxing with the Shift.Comfort is also top notch. It’s a little heavy, so I recommend using it while reclining so it doesn’t press on your nose; that being said, it’s lighter than previous models. There is no pinching or bunching when it runs.It isn’t noisy! Many eye massagers available sound like a jet’s about to take off! But this one is just a quiet rumble. My old model could be heard across the room, but my partner can’t hear the Shift when I’m sitting right next to her.I use this primarily for migraines, but I also use it for eye strain and dry eye. It’s great for all of these things but it’s especially great for the migraines. I highly recommend it.

Excellent Gift for Husband!
I recently bought the RENPHO Eyeris Shift Eye Massager for my husband, and it has been a game-changer for him! This device has truly exceeded our expectations in several ways.Firstly, the massager provides such a soothing and relaxing experience that it puts my husband to sleep almost instantly. The combination of gentle heat, air pressure, and vibration creates a calming effect that makes it perfect for unwinding after a long day. It’s like having a personal spa treatment at home!Additionally, he has been struggling with dry eyes for a while, and this eye massager has been a tremendous help. The consistent, gentle massage and the warmth it provides seem to boost circulation around his eyes, which has noticeably reduced the dryness and discomfort he used to experience. The device itself is very user-friendly, with adjustable settings that allow him to customize the experience to his preference. The design is sleek and comfortable, fitting snugly around the eye area without causing any pressure or strain. It’s also easy to charge and has a long-lasting battery, making it convenient to use regularly.Overall, the RENPHO Eyeris Shift Eye Massager has made a significant difference in my husband’s relaxation routine and eye health. It’s an excellent investment for anyone in need of a little extra comfort and relief. Highly recommended!

Quite relaxing and after a day of monitor use, stressed and tired eyes are in heaven
I absolutely love this product! I hemmed and hawed for a couple of weeks before purchasing the RENPHO Eye Massager to help relieve very stressed eyes and after my last migraine bout. FSA and HSA friendly? YES PLEASE and THANK YOU! No pills to take, just massage and heat pressure (or no heat!) – a must have for anyone with painful stressed eyes or sinus migraines (not saying this makes it go away but it does help during the event). As soon as it arrived, I plugged it in, read the instructions and couldn’t wait for it to be fully charged. After a couple of hours (may have been only 1.5hrs), I put it on, took some adjusting so that the strap wasn’t too tight, then laid back and turned it on. The music is soothing and is my favorite sound to date. I also prefer the 3rd massage and it nearly puts me to sleep. I literally feel like I’m at a salon being spoiled. Although it is a little heavy across the nose bridge (too high and it feels like my eyes are being pushed in and too low causes me to feel like I’ve a swollen nose), I wedge my index finger between the mask and my nose bridge and tilt my head back a little and I’m good to go! I don’t mind that one downside as the rest simply spoils me.I’ve even gone through 3 sessions before taking it off – it’s that relaxing! I recommended a coworker, who also has strained/stressed eyes, to try this out! I’m that impressed. I cannot speak for everyone, but I do love my RENPHO and would buy it again in a heartbeat.

Comfortable
I really like this! I thought it might be too bulky to side sleep but then it works perfectly. I like the bit of compression that it gives you. My eye doctor wanted me to do hot compresses so this is why I got it -to get rid of the chronic styes that I would have. The only problem is it’s so hot where I live I don’t want to put the heat on, but it works very well . I wish that it continued to go past 30 minutes. I like to fall asleep and have a repeating meditation or affirmation on from the insight timer app and this cuts off after only 30 minutes . Other than that, I love it. The massage is good.

Far too little heat, annoying noise and airbags
I bought this as a replacement for the microwaveable eye compress that I’ve been using for years at my ophthalmologist’s recommendation. I chose this one because it showed the hottest temperature when comparing to others. It has a bit of warmth, but not even remotely close to what I’m used to. On top of that, it makes annoying noise and inflates a very uncomfortable airbag inside BY DEFAULT every time it’s turned on. Turning off the noise and airbags requires a bunch of button presses/holds that I don’t feel like trying to memorize. I gave the “massage” a try and it’s nothing but painful pressure on the eyeballs. So instead of getting the warm compress replacement I wanted, I got a barely luke warm device full of annoyances. Since I’m just not one to return things, I’m going to try to cut out the airbags and remove the speaker and see if I can hack this thing to get it a little closer to what I was looking for.

I didn’t have much expectation for this as there are options out there that doubles the price. The massager and even the remote was well made. I like it can massage/press my temple with heat, was able to sooth my headache.

Product is great and customer service were very helpful when ours stopped charging with a replacement after 6 months. Unfortunately after a year the product still works but if we charge it, it will only be good for one use a it says low battery. It is used approximately 3 to 4 times a week. With the product being this great, it is unfortunate that the battery doesn’t hold its charge the way it did in the beginning.

My girl has anxiety andtrouble sleeping at night i bought this for her, she tried is for 3 nights and said the following “the massage feels like someone is pressing on your bones around your eyes”. The music part is fine, but if you have a google mini or alexa it plays soothing sounds and the puck does so much more for $30. Sure this is portable and meant also to use on travel. I tried this myself and its pretty heavy, when you sleep on your side its actually in yourway and it slides off to the side of your eyes. The massage turns off after a while and heating element is probably the best thing about this, but it does get warm and sweaty even though the inner lining is decent smooth rubber and wont smell . All in all a regular eye mask and a google puck in my opinion does the same thing, the massage part, just didnt do it for me either, it was like 2 big plastic cylinders were rubbing my face.

I bought this to heat and massage my eyeballs. Heat works fine. Massage won’t stay on my eyeballs — it moves around from temple to eyeballs, in and out, back and forth in a pre-programmed pattern. I wish it would just leave it on my eyeballs and massage. I don’t think I could fall asleep with the massager moving around on my face back and forth, and my eyes remaining unmassaged about half the time. :)But when it IS on my eyeballs, man, it feels great!I will probably use it just for heat, since I find the massager movement distracting. The heat works very well and the pad touches my eyeballs, so it does heat my eyelids properly as my optometrist prescribed. Also: there is no bass response in the little speakers, so don’t expect decent bluetooth sound. A friend found the canned music relaxing, but it did nothing for me and I turned the volume down to zero.Recommended if you don’t mind the massager moving around your face and leaving your eyeballs unfulfilled most of the time. 🙂
