I took this everyday over the summer to hope I would not get sick and I actually went 3 months without a cold. I have a low immune system and when I get sick I am down for a week. So now I take one everyday. So easy to swallow, and best of all they work, and no side effects.

Formula changed from order on 9/20/21 to bottle received on 11/02/21
The pills in the bottle I received on 9/20/21 had Vitamin C 600 mg compared to 11/02/21 Vitamin C 500mgThe 9/20 had Zinc at 40 mg and the 11/02 pills had Zinc at 20 mg. When I reordered, the description did not indicate a change with the ingredients.
