Good Value Vitamins
I haven’t been taking them long enough to say how effective they are, so I will have update after using them for several months. I can say that they are very small and easy to swallow. They have a smell similar to a B complex, but definitely not a bad smell. I don’t notice any bad taste, but I do tend to swallow supplements very quickly, so I am not sure that I would notice any taste. They don’t upset my stomach. I think they are a good value. They contain most of the vitamins that I look for in a multivitamin anyway, along with collagen, horsetail extract, and hyaluronic acid, so I don’t think it hurts to take these instead. I took before pictures of my scalp, so I will update after giving these some time to get into my system and hopefully make a difference.

Can do without the dyes
I wish I’d read the ingredients more closely before purchasing. I don’t like consuming dyes, and this contains both “Carmine Color” and “Titanium Dioxide Color.” I don’t understand why makers of nutritional supplements–meant to enhance our health or appearance–add substances which we’ve been told by health experts should be avoided, and aren’t needed in the first place. I don’t need my supplements to look pretty. More priority to the supplement’s ingredients, less to the product design. The pill color matches the bottle design. Why? Are humans like crows, drawn to shiny things? As far as the effectiveness goes, there may be slight improvement in my skin elasticity after two weeks of using, but it’s minimal so far. It will take time to see the full effects.
