Helps a little.
I ordered this a couple months ago on a subscription knowing that herbal remedies take a bit longer to start working in your body. Im half way through month number 2 and I find that it has helped my mood swings (not 100% but by at least 80%), lessened hot flashes, and eliminated night sweats. So im going to continue taking it for another couple months and see if things get any better. 🙂

I’m not sure yet if it’s working. I start taking it two weeks ago, and still have bad hot flashes. I also know it will take some time, and I will continue taking them. So let’s see. The price isn’t bad. The pills are easy to swallow.

Good for women of a certain age.
I have been taking this product for about a week now. I wanted to wait a little longer before a full review, but will post now what I have learned. My biggest complaint has been hot flashes/night sweats. I am 63 years old, and have been going through menopause for 6 years. In the past week I have noticed a reduction in the severity of hot flashes, though they have not gone away entirely and I am definitely sleeping better. I am hoping that continued use will make my sleep more comfortable.

A member of our household who prefers natural supplements wanted to try Pattern Wellness Menopause Complex and see how it compared to the one she had been taking. Other than Black Cohosh, all of the ingredients are different. (There’s more black cohosh in this supplement) The addition of calcium is missing in this supplement and present in the other, which will be missed, but the other ingredients in Pattern Wellness are actually preferred to the supplement she had been taking. This supplement is working well: no hot flashes, night sweats or other traditional symptoms. (Mood swings are about what you’d get from any middle aged person, female or male, no supplement can erase mood swings, lol) Overall I believe this is a good supplement that performs well.****About me: Integrity is very important to me. Reviews I’ve posted will be from items I’ve had direct contact with. These are my honest opinions. I will not post a review for a product I have not had personal contact with.

I Don’t Know If It Works…Yet…
So, I got this for my wife who said she’s going through a pre-menopause stage, and I want to be supportive of her needs, and this is the closes thing to science actually working for women and not against them. Well, it isn’t FDA approved. I can’t say that it’s working, as her mood is the same (to be honest), but she agrees that this is helping with her hot flashes and nighttime discomfort, and seemingly help balance of some of her emotions.
