Fun journal/coloring book to help with anxiety
Love this book. So many great writing prompts and activities. Coloring pages are incorporated in most of the activities. It really helps keep your mind focused on the activity and not your anxiety.

The first time I got this book was from 5 Below. My 12 year old loved mine so much that I had order her one for school. She said she need it for school to help her with her anxiety. That’s exactly what I use if for! It’s a good book for coloring and journaling when you’re in a stressful environment. I keep mine with me and some color pencils, especially for meetings

A great little coloring/journaling book for when you’re anxious
This is a smaller format coloring book with terrific anti-anxiety prompts. The artwork is cleanly drawn and inviting to color, and the prompts are gentle suggestions instead of instructions or demands. If you don’t like the page you open it to, flip til you find one you like. There are plenty to choose from!

This book is an amazing tool for adults (or any age) to process emotions, learn new coping and thinking strategies, and all thru a creative approach. I am not a very emotional person, and this book helps me think thru topics of anxiety, coping skills, distraction, and gratitude in a fun and unique way! I even shared with my counselor who was very impressed as well

Great. Book! UseColored Pencils
During my recovery, I was anxious about everything I couldn’t do, I needed something to help me manage my anxiety so I could focus on healing. This book was great fun and so engaging. Lots of “light” (just enough) coloring, engaging prompts that provoked use of mindfulness and good coping tools. Now … The pages are a “decent” weight but not colored marker worthy (mine didn’t bleed though but darkened back page) so get a colored pencils and ENJOY!.
