Great for postpartum lumbar support!
I got the firm support and it’s perfect! If you’re concerned about it being too firm (in my opinion) it is not too firm. It has just the right amount of squish to be comfy while still being very supportive. I’m 3 months postpartum and work at a desk all day. My PT recommended I roll up a towel for lumbar support to encourage good posture, but I was tired of it not staying put and frankly I wanted more support. I found this and it’s perfect! I just strapped it onto my desk chair and there’s an instant improvement in my posture and comfort!As a mom to a new baby, I’m constantly hunched over in everything I do. So I highly recommend this for good posture!

This is a good product and comes just as it is described. I have one suggestion, perhaps make the strap, that goes around the chair, a little bit longer. My husband uses it in a recliner, and the strap will not go all the way around that type of chair. We bought two of these items, and they work well for straight back chairs and for the car’s seat. The product gives good support, and we appreciate that it comes in two different types of support.
