To begin. A lot of bad reviews, DONT LISTEN TO THEM BEFORE YOU TRY! My current routine is one at 6am, one at 12 and one at 6pm. I also take fish oil pill at 6pm and creatine at 4pm. Out of all of these I’ve seen an obvious change in myself with opti. I sleep much better, I wake up not tired regardless of the amount of sleep I’ve gotten, and I’m awake and not tired at work throughout the day. I also have much more energy to get up and workout after work. I highly recommend this product as it has literally transformed me to something I didn’t know I could be

They deliver what they claim. But it’s honestly too much vitamin for me, yes they are good but I feel like 3 a day is excessive. I’ve been taking 1 a day or 1.5 whenever I feel like I’m low in vitamin intake. Other than that, highly recommend these! Definitely one of the best vitamin brand out there!

Having a busy lifestyle, I forget to eat and the times I do, they definitely do not have the nutrient and vitamins I need. This was a great addition, one week so far and already feel the difference- mentally, physically and even cognitively. To note, because of the high amount of Vitamin B in these, you will pee out any excess that your body does not need and the color will be fluorescent yellow, that’s normal. If it’s extremely yellow/green I’d suggest cutting your intake or taking half a tablet.

They smell and taste funny but just down em and start making better food choices and you’ll be set.I bought this along with some pure electrolytes and I 100% am feeling better after 2 weeks of taking it daily. Turns your pee a wild looking color too lol.
