I am a 70 year-old man that has been suffering frequent urgency and nocturia for years. My frequent urination was caused by inflamed or damage nerves, and within the first week, I saw a major improvement. I can easily stretch it 4 or more hours without having to go.I cannot express how excited I am for this improvement. I still drink coffee and tea along with a whole lemon crushed into a lemonade smoothie each day, and I drink tea before bedtime. Interestingly, I am still able to sleep better and feel more awake the next day. I no longer fear when I drive anywhere or when I am in public away from a restroom, and I have so much more confidence in my social life.So, take this product to increase flow and normalize an enlarged prostate. Best I’ve found.
Seems to work. I’ve used this in the past and stopped using it for some period of time. After some time, I started using it again with little effect (used up old product). I switched to another product and that didn’t do anything for me (Vital Prostate Support by Vital Nutritive). Once that supply was used up I bought a bottle of this product (Now Foods Supplements, Prostate Health) with a dosage of two tablets per day in the morning. Immediately I saw a tremendous difference. I was getting up many times a night and in one dose, I only got up once and really didn’t need to. So what is the difference? First the Now formula is totally different from the Vital Nutritive product. The Now product has way more Saw Palmetto and Plant Sterol Complex, from there down, Now has more other root extracts that help with other things I don’t have an issue with but you may find those additives may help you. The other thing of note here is to use fresh product. I think these things have a short shelf life.

I have never written a review before, and I chose this one due to its health improvements. I have been dealing with prostate issues for 10 years plus now. I have tried countless supplements with little to no visible change. The 2 things I have been dealing with are weak urine flow and the after dribble that had a delay. This delay always took place inside of my trousers no matter how long I waited for that last dribble to take place. I have been on this for merely a week and a half. Not a very long time. Within a few days I noticed my urine stream had significantly gotten better. It is about 80 to 85 percent back to the way it once was. The after dribble is nearly all gone. I have not had an incident in the last few days. I am not sure that this will work for everyone, but it worked for me. Hope this helps

Placebo, Maybe. Didn’t Work For Me
This supplement did not deliver on the relief promised. It didn’t make things any worse, but definitely didn’t improve things. It’s not expensive as these supplements go, so I don’t feel bad about trying it. But the promised benefits never materialized, so I won’t be continuing with it.

I had recurring prostatitis for 1 year now, and i ve been prescribed antibiotics and alfa blockers many times already. Still the painful symptomes were always there, difficulty and frequent urination, discomfort the whole day, low sex drive bcz of the constant pain. Since day one i have seen 50% imrovment, and 2 days later everything is almost normal. I dont know if this is a permanent treatment or you’re meant to take it for the rest of your life, but at least it works, better then the useless harmful antibiotics and the ugly side effect of alfoo.
