Very effective and good value.
I have been shopping for a good vitamin for my wife for some time and I am happy to have found this one. I can evaluate the quality based on my education and experience but finding one that works for her is subjective. This product does the trick for her. It is effective and results in no stomach upset. The pill size is manageable unlike the “horse pills “ I take, according to her. They don’t leave a bad aftertaste either. The value for the price is also very good.

Loving My New Chapter!
I have just started using this product and so far, it receives 5 stars from me. I will update this accordingly as time passes. I love it so far! I noticed just in the first couple of days I have this beautiful natural energy boost from them. I have also noticed a different looking oil in my hair if that makes sense. I can tell that means good things ahead for hair and nail production. Starting on day two, I also feel more even keeled as far as emotions go. I wasn’t specifically looking for any sort of mood stabilizer in a vitamin but I see now it is an added bonus. With these initial results I feel it’s only going to get better from here and decided to do a review earlier than I normally would for vitamins. This may well be my new favorite. I also love the fact that it’s just one and done. There is a slight natural vitamin smell to them but this doesn’t bother me. As far as any after taste, I’ve yet to notice anything. One thing that surprised me is these come in a heavy glass container. These are definitely worth it in my opinion.

This is honestly the best multivitamin I’ve ever tried! I can feel my body thanking me every day for giving it this vitamin. My skin looks amazing, my energy levels are up, and even my digestion feels better. Truly a 10 out of 10 I couldn’t recommend it more!

Decent Multivitamin, But I’ve Had Better
I’ve been trying these multivitamins for about a week and a half now, and honestly, I haven’t noticed much of a difference yet. They feel pretty “meh” to me—steady, no major pros or cons so far.One slight change I might have noticed is my pores looking a bit smaller, but I’m not sure if that’s from the vitamins or just coincidence. I’ll keep taking them through the rest of the bottle to see if anything changes.On the plus side:• They don’t have a bad taste (I really don’t notice anything when swallowing)• The pills aren’t too big for me—though if they are for you, you could cut them in half.• They come in vegetarian capsules, which is a nice healthy option.Overall, though, I’ve tried other brands that seemed to work a little better for me personally. For now, I’d rate this at about 3.5 stars—just “okay.” Not great, not bad, just steady. I don’t think I’d repurchase unless I notice bigger results by the end of the month, in which case I might update this review.

These vitamins are packed with all the good stuff. The ingredient list reads like a Whole Foods shopping spree 🛒 and I love knowing I’m actually getting nutrients my body can use. Energy feels more steady and they’re gentle on my stomach which is a big win 🙌When I first opened the bottle I thought I had accidentally opened a bag of dog food 🐶😅 The smell is earthy and the taste is pretty farm to tablet 🌱 I’m sensitive to that but it’s worth powering through for the benefits. Pro tip, chase it with a fizzy drink like sparkling water or soda. The bubbles mask the taste and help push it down easier 🥤✨The pills are a little on the bigger side(see photo) but still easy enough to swallow, especially with the carbonation trick. Not the best smelling vitamin on the planet, but it does what it’s supposed to and keeps me feeling good and healthy. I’ll take that trade any day 🌸

Great for Sensitive Stomachs!
Great brand! I’ve been taking these for over 2 years. My bloodwork has always been fine, as I eat well, but I take these for good measure. I’m VERY sensitive to vitamins/supplements, and every multivitamin I’ve tried in the past has given me a stomach ache, but I take this in the mornings on an entirely empty stomach, and I do intermittent fasting so my stomach will stay empty for about 6 hours, and I’ve had zero issues. Some multivitamins have a horrendous taste, especially if you burp after taking them. These are entirely tasteless, they just have that classic multivitamin smell (more subtle than many). FYI, these do not break fasts, so you can take them if you also do intermittent fasting for health or weight loss reasons. Ask your doctor though if you’re fasting for any other reasons, such as bloodwork, surgery, etc. I’ve gotten fasting bloodwork while having taken these in the AM, per my doctor’s approval, but please still confirm with yours!
